Dear all,
This is Kenneth in the Discourse Analysis class. It is with sadness that I inform you the death of my great teacher and loved friend, Lan Su, whom I just shared with you at the Discourse Analysis last presentation this semester. She passed away peacefully this morning (5/24) in Taiwan, surrounded by her son and friends.
Lan Su is well-known as a film critic, an active speaker, a master of poem recital, and most important, a great teacher of Mandarin in Taiwan. Lan is always passionate about teaching, and she was still recording her radio program at the hospital even in the last month of her life.
